Fujitsu Vs. Apple

i smell a lawsuit.

Fujitsu claims so have applied for the name iPad in 2002 for their handheld, windows CE device. Fujitsu spokesman has said: "it is our understanding that the name is ours."

It's unlikely to actually go anywhere because of this:

Although Fujitsu has lost its trademark since spring this year ... it seems that without the trademark there is not much legal basis to get satisfaction.
