hey guys im building my first comp and i got an i7 quad proccessor and im looking for a really good motherboard for less than 180$. how does this one look?

And i was also wondering what you think of this computer case for my new comp. Should i stick with it or go with the 60$ cheaper antec 900?

dont know about the GPU, but the motherboard looks good to me.

i had an ASUS mobo in my old desktop, and it never gave me any problems.

What core i7 do you have? If it's a 920 or higher you'll need a socket 1366 motherboard.

The 900 is fine, but that GPU is pretty bad compared to the rest of the system. It's also out of stock.

If you are running an i7 920, you should really have a better GPU.
Do you have a budget for it?

That motherboard is the wrong socket for a 920. You need socket 1366.

You won't be able to find a GOOD 1366 mobo for under $180. The memory controller is not on-chip, causing the motherboards to cost more to manufacture.

That looks good to me. The P6T overclocks very well. Check the RAM speed on that!
