For me, it's Xenix, MS's Unix build.

What's the oldest OS you've ever used that you can remember?
 
For me it was the Acorn MOS.

It was a hand-me-down from my sister and I used it to code games and small programs.

Its BASIC language was easy to work with. More so than Machine Code.
 
Atari OS on an 800 and a 400. LOL that was when atari made computers. I think it had a 1.8MHz MOS 6502 and the OS was nothing more than a BIOS with a notepad feaure that could load Atari BASIC off a cartridge.
