DDR3 ram
I need help to find a water block for the i5

My currents specs are a
quad core intel 775 water cooled
500gb sata hardrive
A Ati 4850 x2
650w power supply
4gb ddr2 ram

My idea Was to buy the i5 mobo and cpu, then buy the water block, then the ram.
Would I be ok using ddr2 ram?

That motherboard will work with the CPU and RAM, but the H55 chipset is designed for the Clarkdale dual-core cpu's, which have integrated graphics in them. The video outs on an H55 won't work, because the igp isn't there. A P55 board might be the better choice, as it supports the Lynnfield's architecture better.

Great choice on the CPU and RAM, btw.

If you go to an i5, you'll have to swap to DDR3 RAM.

Sorry, was gone most of today :(

That's an excellent board if you're not planning to go SLI/Crossfire. (The second PCIe slot only runs at x4)

so everything checks out then? Thanks, I will save my extra money and upgrade!
EDIT: still can't find a waterblock!!!

You can't expect instant replies dude...

Yes, that all checks out so far, but I don't know a lot about water cooling...never needed to till now
