You can have as many fans as you can fit in the thing and if wires and crap block the airflow it's not going to cool very well.

Why does it say liquid cooling in your specs if it's air cooled?

take a look that the grainy side pic
you will see hoses coming off of the CPU leading to the back
there is a single 120mm rad and fan to cool the CPU
its liquid cooled
even-though you still have to have fans to cool off the liquid

I was looking at this as an upgrade...

I reckon it's a de-branded Corsair Coolingâ„¢ Hydro Series H50.

Gotta upgrade my GPU...

If you are considering and all in one I suggest you check out this: Coolit Eco A.L.C This with their other products like Maestro are able to work together and do things like change your lighting colour when your operating temperatures go above a custom set limit. I am planning on using the Maestro system in my next build:
