scaner help

I have a scanner by Canon N676U

And I had the Program ScanGeartool box and also Photostudio both installed.

And for my self I would scan by hand with photostudio but I hade the scanner setup to scann by itself if anyone hit the Copy button on the scanner.
Then it would auto scan with Scangear toolbox and send it to the printer to print.

Then it stoped and it would get confuesed what progfram to use for auto scanning.

If anyone hit the copy button on the scanner it would pop up a window asking if you want to use photostudio or scangear toolbox.

Now I would always go into scanners properties n Contraloe pannel and fix it set it to just use Scangear toolbox for auto scanning and comping.

But it would always go back to giving a window so I uninstalled scanger toolbox and found out it needs this to do anything auto.

Did anyone get this proplem

not sure what you mean by anyone get this problem. when the box came they should of choose one and then check the box that says something like this check this box for default or use this program always to open program
