^ that one. Popped it out of my E520 and converted Dell's propriety PWM plug to a 3pin + 4pin pass through

It's 4k RPM and I believe does about 170CFM at peak.

Then you can see why it is off for every picture. But like I was saying in the RCC thread about fan controllers - You gotta find a good analog one or fans like this go to 100% for about 3 seconds on boot. Imagine that sound at 6am. :|
