Its mostly for fun. The file is so large, its caused everything I can try to crash.

wordpad crashes at 1% because i have no more RAM. Does that mean I need 400GB of RAM to display a 1GB text file?

That always winds me up (very much no pun intended) Go a string higher and tune down or a string lower and tune up.

Theoretically it should only need 934mb (+ Whatever you use to open it) to run.

Right, thanks.... here goes!

First it just lagged a bit, made all the animated gifs on here run in slo-mo, then it took an hour off my expected battery life.

And then.... it lagged more
It slowed right down and then crashed.

And then, thanks to firefox's tab recovery the next three times i tried to open it it crashed again trying to recover the pi. Till it told me it could no longer attempt recovery. Cheers guys.
