I have Yahoo Massanger Live and people told me that it has a Number Keypad for if you want to make Phone Calls from your computer to a Land Line.

How do I open the Keypad I don't see it

As far as I know it is free. I am not sure which link you clicked on though.

OK I just Log Into My Yahoo iM Live and clicked on make a Call.

The window that opens asks me if I want to get Yahoo Phone Out and it says how mutch it is.

I thought I could use YahooIM Live to make computer to Phone Line calls free???

The people I call live in my City State?
