Looking for a good HD LCD 23"-25"

My 24" Acer LCD seems like it might be on it's way out. When I turn it on or from standby it will sometimes show random vertical lines with a black screen, and I will have to turn it back off and then on and it will display correctly, or it will just lag on showing the display for a bit after a standby. It has come to be a bit annoying even though it only does it when turning it on.

I got a Blu-Ray player for my computer recently, so I decided to look into an HD monitor since the price in monitors are dropping from the last time I bought a new one. I'm just getting a headache looking at all of them and not really finding one that I like... I've just been looking on Newegg b/c I know I don't have to pay tax and the shipping prices are free or low generally. I'd prefer a non-glossy screen. It'll be sitting right next to a window, I don't want to deal with glare. Brand doesn't matter, but I've really only ever owned Acer monitors (3x 19", 20", and 24"). It will be connected through DVI. I'd prefer it to be at least 24", but 23" will do if I can find what I'm looking for.

Really looking at that last one (Samsung). But I can't tell if all of those are HD or not...

Any suggestions?

I would get the last one personally since it is HD and it is a brand name you can trust. The price isn't terrible either.

Yeah, I will probably go with that one. Need to sell my MacBook first though... Hopefully it will still be around the same price when I get the money.
