Power Supply missing -5v

I have one of those handy power supply testers and when I tested my main PSU for the first time it is missing the -5v. Everything seems fine. What implicatons am I facing here?

It's a 550W "Xeon Server" grade PSU that I paid $100 for a few years back. I cant remember who built it and I have a case-mod blocking the view of the logo on the label inside the case.

I wouldn't worry about any of the - rails, unless you start seeing problems.

hook it up and see what you get if you are missing voltage it will just not work, if you dont want to risk it just go buy a new one, $100 now will get you a verry nice psu
