I have a Motherboard that uses Hypertransport 3.0 and I have a Q/A???

I know the way a normale BUS works on say Pentum Pro is like this.

One BUS goes from the CPU to Northbridge and a BUS goes from Northbridge to say AGP and RAM I get this.

And there is one BUS that goes from Northbridge to Southbridge.
And Southbridge has a BUS that goes to IDE Drive and PCI Slots.

I get all of this and data would go one way then the same BUS would be used to send Data back the other way.

Now Getting intom AMD CPUs Data still goes from the CPU to the Northbridge but it is connected through Hypertransport.

Now I know the Data will have One BUS going from the AMD to the Northbridge and one BUS going from Northbidge to the CPU so Data can go both ways at the same time.

I get this.

And Northbridge as one BUS going to Southbridge and Southbridge has one BUS going to Northbridge so again Data can go both ways at the same time.

So am I right that Hypertransport is just that one BUS for eatch Direction?????
