It's posted all over the property.
How don't you see that story and the relation to Obama?
I see the link. the link is that there are idiots in this world, who somehow thought that there being a black socialist president was somehow going to change the US of A into some kind of socialist utopia where ownership was just a concept to define the duty of a caretaker, where we all share and share alike.
your cousin should have executed those people, not for trespass but for being so bloody stupid.

This conversation is frought with peril. Many forums will not allow threads such as this to exist. Animosity is created between individuals with different beliefs. So far...I have not seen anything like this in this thread. And kudos to all for that. Let's keep it that way and have a good discussion.
we generally allow just about everything, things do get locked when they get out of hand, but there is pretty much no banned topic. (guns/drugs/politics/religion/sexual preference)... some topics are divisive, but in a strange way I think that actually brings people closer together...
But how the hell did he get the Nobel Peace Prize for his so called "Call to Action"? I'm very disappointed with the committee who gave him the prize. You would think that he would actually have to execute his plan to become eligible.
it gets worse... the Nobel prizes are short-listed in the autumn, he would have been short-listed for the prize almost to the day that he was elected.
so he was short-listed for a prize based on a manifesto pledge.
Also maybe you should read up on Communism [

Basically just by reading the very beginning it states. What's yours is mine whats mine is yours.
Feels like sharing and gives you a nice warm feeling inside right? So when I need cancer treatment I take it out of your cash. So you have less money.
But then you must take it from some where else because I took yours, when you come down with the flu and must stay in bed for a week. This is just one VERY simple example.
good grief, if you could find a worse example I'd be thrilled to hear it? you even acknowledge that this is oversimplified and a terrible example... so why bother to list it as an example at all? -this is a classic political trick, you don't like a core principal of an opposition, so you take a policy, find a bad or distorted example of it and publish it as if it were fact...
like this whole idea of obamacare and "death panels" yes, there will be people who have to, in the end say. I'm sorry but your healthcare policy does not cover that, and will therefore ony cover palliative care from this point onwards.
that DOES happen in the NHS (NICE -National institute for clinical excellence) can decide that a drug is just far too expensive and can't possibly be recommended for treatment. -especially when talking about experimental, or marginal life extension drugs.
but this ALREADY happens with all kinds of private healthcare as well, there will be a board that will decide the upper limits, and whether you can get, (whether they will pay for) experimental drugs, or drugs with no other benefit than marginal life extension.
If you had some people driving their car on your back yard and start to setup a camp site fire and all.
You would not offer them a "hot meal" or a "place to stay" I don't care what the hell you tell me. No one does that. Especially after they repeatedly told my cousin "NO" when he asked them to remove themselves from his land.
I wouldn't offer them a hot meal either.
ignorance how? because he didn't see how a bunch of campers, who happened to be black who thought it was OK to trespass if they uttered an inane party slogan were actually related to that party... what I would say is that I don't think that those few would be campers were actually indicitive of the vast amount of liberal party supporters.
Figures some people would ruin a just fine political thread because the thread poster said one rant.
Close this god forsaken thread before these numskulls(not pertaining anyone in particular) get another chance to ignore the word "RANT".
wow, you get pulled up on one rant, -that didn't even seem to make a lot of sense and now you want the thread closed...
What really pissed me off was when Nancy Polleisi (however you spell her name) told off a General to not call her "ma'am" but Senator because she "earned that tittle." As a four star General especially being in charge of all the AO, you have AT LEAST 30 years of service in the military, and is responsible for and has led several hundered thousand people into battle... and she is putting him in his place? Please woman sit down you have nothing on this guy. And its just because she makes his paychecks to him. Let me just remind you who is doing the real work out there SENATOR.
in all fairness I don't believe it was easy for her to be a senator either. AND i believe that when a person earns a title that their work should be respected and they should be addressed and recognised correctly.
did she call the general "general", or "mister"? I assume general, four star general or not, he should have shown some common courtesy and addressed the senator as "senator".
well i was assuming that in the way you told the story these people where poor .
maybe over here in the UK people are a bit more friendly . however if i found some people camping on my land and apart from being their illegally they where not causing me any other nuisance i would ask them first why they where there and what they where doing not just simply demand they leave , if it did turn out they where just looking for a place to camp for the night i wouldnt have an issue with them doing so on my land as long as it caused me no nuisance . This is something that a friend of mine who goes cycle touring around england often does , approaching land owners and asking them if he could camp on their land for the night
perhaps the hospitality that your cousin sees whilst cycling is the result of asking rather than assuming, if someone knocked on my door and said can I just put a tent in your garden, I'll be gone in the morning and don't want anything from you other than the use of your garden to just lay down... I'd likely say yes, and in the morning I'd probably take them some coffee and set them up for the day.
on the other hand, if I just walked out of my house and found someone pitching a tent in my garden, I'd tell them in no uncertain terms where they should go.
