true, and um guessing filters kill your CFMs

It depends on the filter, but I don't run them because I'd rather not have the restriction.

im going to rewire the entire thing tomorrow, do you know if i can plug the plugs for the fans into each other? i've noticed that they have a plug for it in the back

You can daisy chain a few fans together without problems. I would avoid doing this with high-speed 38mm thick fans though.

I get nervous about running those on my board. I have a 4k 120x38 for my exhaust hooked up to my board and I fear it will overdraw the port. I haven't found a fan controller I like yet. I hate those really large switches or knobs. I really like the Scythe Kama Meter, but I can't find it anywhere.

the 1200 dust covers are wire mesh, and water is fine to use, that is what i use.

so lets say if its sitting on a desk, dust isnt a big issue?

never tried no dust filters lol

and shokking
your rear fan wires will fight behind the mobo tray

all my case fans in the rear and top go to one molex and all the front fans go to another molex, on the same rail.
