USB doesn't recodnize the borner

I have a laptop and i plug in the usb cable but it doesn't work. the laptop don't recodnize the new hardware. its a samsung burner and it worked few days ago.
when i plug in other hardware to the laptop , its working (like my camera).

Is the Burner plugged into a power source?

yes. the burner is plug to the wall and the usb go to the computer. it use to work perfect, but now the usb don't react when i plug it in.
