I've set up windows 7 on my new custom computer but every time that i try to install a program that i've downloaded off of the internet like steam or Zengine for my keyboard then I get an error message. this is what i get: ``This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package`` All of these programs run just fine on my windows 7 laptop so why wont they run on my new computer. i really want to get the Zengine for my keyboard because it keep giving me this É when i try to put in a question mark, would these programs not work because i have RAID 0.
