How Apply thermal Paste?

I search Thermal paste and didnt find anything
anyways

we should have a guide how to apply this time and what are the best compounds



My experience
I bought AS5 Follow some youtube video how to applied it and my CPU hit 38C No O.C. Someone told me I should only add the size of a grain of rice, re installed my cooler and it dropped 8Cs! so now its around 28-30C =D

I can write a quick synopsis of how you're supposed to do it: First, apply a BB gun pellet-sized drop on the center of your processor. Then, put the HSF on the processor, but do not attach it to the motherboard. Twist the heatsink back and forth while applying light pressure to spread the thermal compound. Finally, secure the HSF to the motherboard.
