I am currently using Windows XP and wish to upgrade to windows 7. I understand that I can't doing a direct upgrade to 7 and am willing to start over fresh...no biggie. Anyways, after the windows files are loaded for setup I get the "loading setup" screen with the circular loading cursor. After 5 minutes or so I get the PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error. I can use XP just fine on this computer but I can't get past that screen when trying to install 7. Any ideas?
