I want to buy a fan for my cpu(i7 920),
and i found this two fans, can you recommend which one better?
its almost same price, i wll use it for oc.
(you can give my a recommend for anther fans too )

for the artic fan i need a good psu ? because they write (in website)up to 160watts ? so its take 160 watts from the psu ?
