Generally stupid question about HDD!

I have a new computer with a 750G SATA 3G HDD running Windows Vista 64. I have a 120G SATA HDD from my old computer who's motherboard went south. I have many files on the 120G HDD and want to install it in my new computer. The 120G HDD has Windows Vista 32 OS installed. If I install the 120G HDD as a second HDD (SATA) in my new computer, will the 120G HDD OS become a problem when changing to the drive?

No problem unless you set the HDD boot priority to the 120G drive.
