is a onboard geforce 8100 good

i have a ecs gf8100vm-m5 with onboard 512mb geforce 8100 gpu runs at 500mhz and the memory runs at 800mhz is this good enough for gaming

Usually the on-board ATI and Nvidia cards are better than the other on-boards. However many times games don't support anything but the physical add-on cards. Unless you are playing a lower-end game, odds are that will not be good enough.
