Internet connection keeps droping

My internet connection keeps droping every few hours althought if i'm using alot of bandwith (e.g. watching iplayer, uploading videos on youtube) it drops every few minutes. it is unavailbe for about 2 minutes, durng which time my internet IP address set by dhcp is 0.0.0.0 or 241.*.*.* both of which are invalid

it affects all pc's in the network, running Windows 7/Vista/XP
i have updated all drivers and replaced router, modem, internal wireing, filter.

the problem started shortly after my ISP moved the phone line, they have checked the line and say it is ok.

i am unable to change ISP due to where i live

I would start with taking all computers off the network and hooking 1 computer directly to the modem. See if that makes any difference. If not, every time it goes out, call the ISP. It will be annoying and it will be a pain, but hopefully if they hear from you enought they will send someone to look at the problem...

i have tried connecting one computer and am getting the same problem.
i will keep calling my ISP.
