I was wondering if I can Watch TV (Verizon FIOS w/set top box) on a VGA monitor using Vista Home Premium? Would I just need to get a TV Tuner card (no PCI-e on motherboard, just PCI and the AGP that I have my Video card in (an Nvidia 7600GS). If someone knows how, can you explain how it would all be hooked up please?
