Getting someone's phone contacts via e-mail?

My mom's email was up today and one of the e-mails said "matt's phone nos."
Being sneaky, I opened the e-mail and saw that some of my contacts from my phone were in this e-mail. I didn't see who sent the message, but it's just weird cause I never knew you could do that.

I have a feeling she did it through verizon somehow because we're on the same cell phone plan, but it kind of annoys me that she did this. It's not like I have anything to hide.. but whatever.

Anyways, does anyone know or think they know how she was able to do this?

Your phone company has all call records and since your mom pays the bill, she can have the company send all contacts to her email. It kinda blows, but what are you gonna do?
