can i get 1080p high definition if get an hdmi to dvi adapter and plug it into my gpu?

yes you can , hell you can get a 1080p definition from a vga output as well

well, yes, but no. It's 1080 pixels, 1080i transmission. VGA can support up to 1800i I believe.


EDIT: VGA can support up to 1536i

well i got the adapter plugged it into my gpu and it all works now everything looks amazing except movies still have to mess with settings
