I kinda like that one but I want 1080P HD I want really good DVD play back quality i want an excellent monitor good all around quality is that one good?

Patch your punkbuster too, I had this error too back then, but it wasn't because of Punkbuster, it was because of FRAPS, so if you have that on or something similar, turn that off too and try again.
