Is a DMG to a Mac = to ISO to a PC? Help!

Im fixing to put Adobe Lightroom on a friends Mac, but I dont know about Macs really. If I put the DMG file on a USB and open it on her MAC will it open the file up just fine or do I need to convert the DMG to a .ISO and burn it on my PC? Please Help!

You should be able to copy the DMG over the the Memory Stick... It's not quite the same as an ISO

Yes it will be fine to save it on a flash drive and transfer it over. .dmg is the equivalent to a PC's .exe
