Looks good. Few things:

Stay away from the 7200.11's at all costs. It's just not worth the hassle.

And I've yet to hear of Athena PSU's; But the reviews look pretty good so I'd say go for it.

Also, make sure it has enough SATA power connectors to run as many drives as you want to. If it doesn't, upgrade or buy some Molex adapters.
 
The WDC 1Tb looks great; You'll really notice the 32Mb cache.

I'm intrigued to see how this Athena performs. I think it's going to hang below the voltage specs, personally. ~11.7-8 region.

I used an Ultra LS350 for my media build. Well cooled and has a lifetime warranty - Can't argue that.
 
ya, but i hope it dosnt, i dont want anything to get damaged.

and i didnt see any good Micro ATX PSUs?
 
Any PSU with decent spec, reviews, and price should do. Also, a P412v, 20+4 ATX 12V, SATA and Molex. Which the Athena has. So it should be alright.
