Change Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 7 Pro?

So im not using any of the features of Windows 7 Ultimate so im going to downgrade to an OEM Copy of Windows 7 Pro,So how do i do this without having to reinstall everything?

Pretty sure you can't. I don't know why you want to anyway. So what if you're not using the features? I don't see an advatage of downgrading?

Because i kinda need the money (Want a new laptop) and W7 Ultimate Ltd balmer edition is fetching a pretty penny on ebay

Im Using W7 Ultimate 64bit and i do own it,i got it free with my party pack. Though take a look on ebay for 'Signed Windows 7 Ultimate' and they are selling for around $400 AUD and i have a legit copy of Windows 7 Pro here which i would rather use because im not using all the features of Ultimate. PLus an extra $400 towards my laptop would be nice
