i cannot find any memory sticks that are more than 2 gigs each! i would like at least 16 gigs total
can anyone help me?!
im looking at frys btw

Cant find any 4GB Patriot (EP) sticks. Just checked their site out.

12GB's for a gaming machine! Dang!

only 4 gig stick they have for ddr3 is the ripjaws

how many gigs of memory would it take to handle crysis very very well
maybe im doin a little overkill and are the ripjaws any good compared to the patriot ep?

im going with 6 sticks of 2gb each with the patriot (ep)

here is the system im building... main items

gigabyte ga-ex58-ud4p motherboard
2x bfg gtx 285 2gb oc pci-express video cards
i7 950 processor
12gb pc2000mhz tri patriot ram
1tb hard drive 7200 rpm
creative labs pci-e x-fi fatalty pro gamers choice sound card

with all that plus the case i didnt list its at 2700

you like! : D

that pc will play crysis fine
6gb is great for DDR3 i think

and Crysis isnt even that great of a game to most

6GB will be MORE than enough for a gaming rig.

If you want to do it just because you can, just get 6x2GB and have 12GB RAM, but I promise you that half of that RAM will never be in use.
