Low-Energy hardware for "green" computers?

I'm trying to configure some "green" computers that are as energy efficient as possible, but I'm trying not to turn people off with the price or lack of performance. Any ideas?

So far I use...

Antec Earthwatts power supply
WD Caviar Green 1TB HD - maybe use a laptop HD instead
Core-2 Duo Processors

Samsung is also coming out with some "green" low-power RAM soon too so I'm going to pick that up too.

What else can I do?

start a petition for manufacturers to make more 'green' products
like mobos or ram, ect ect

thats what i was thinking

you could have them use recycled mobo tray material
or something like that
the more recycled material the better
like the gold circuits
but it all depends on what happens to the pcs when they are recycled
