hi, i'm new to this forum but im in desperate need of help, i downloaded webroot when i still had avast installed, i uninstalled webroot but now i dont have windows firewall now its webroot, and i think its affecting my computer, also does anyone have a good restoration program, i cant afford reimage. again im sorry for being so forward but i really need help

One thing you can try is remove avast and any other anti virus for that matter. Then reinstall webroot and run the uninstall again to see if it will remove itself completely this time around. After you've done this, it might be a good idea to clean out any registry keys left behind by using Ccleaner. After you run the registry cleaning application, I suggest rebooting the computer. Then go ahead and go from there.
