What do you count as a overclock? If I can boot onto Windows, is that an OverClock? Or does it have to be 5-hour P95 tested.

I would say it has to be stable. Anyone can get their procs up pretty high with lots of voltage. Takes fine tuning to keep it stable.

Yeah aslong as it's stable,like you can use that overclock on your pc 24/7 without a hitch.

Just studying the Intel platform at the moment. Also i'm getting conflicting temp/volt readings with various utilities.

What tests/conditions are verifying these claimed OC's?
