This is a pretty good idea! I think it should be divided into multiple subsections (all one post):

Intel:
-LGA775
--Quad
--Duo
-LGA1156
-LGA1366

AMD:
-AM2
--Quad
--Duo
-AM3
--Quad
--Duo

Then, you rank the OCs by percentage.

The reason I split them is because different sockets overclock differently. The Duo/Quad sections aren't really necessary, but it does help filter the OCs better and doesn't make it as hard of a "competition".

Yeah categorising would be a good idea but i'll do that once we have enough listings :D

i think i have a bad Mobo for OCing, though, how does this look?
1hr stable P95 so far, max temp 49C

Oh, we used to have one of these. We had to put in CPU info, Ram info and all with CPU-Z and some verifying code thing. I haven't messed with my settings in awhile. I think it's around 2.6ghz. Been there for the last two years or soemthing.

Oh, I guess my record was 2.73 according to my sig. I backed off a little over the summer at least, lol.
