i need some help here.
any ideas on a HTPC?
cheep as possible.
all it has to do is play dvds, play HD content (blu ray) from a network, maybe a blu ray player, but thats about it. Other then light gaming (runescape anyone? lol) and internet browsing/music playing.
it needs to have DVI/HDMI, and at least support 5.1 surround.
how cheep can i get one for? and i'd like it to be quiet as possible, with a small case, probably micro or what ever.
NOTE:
i already have a wireless keyboard/mouse
and a PATA drive i'm going to reuse in this build.(for now)
Also already have a DVI/HDMI cable
going to use my old XP disc on this as well, 32bit (for now)

AM3 MSI Mobo 70$
Athlon II X2 Regor 62$
1GB G.Skill RAM 800Mhz 36$ (2 sticks)
Lite On Blu Ray Drive 68$
~300$
if there is a better performing part, or equal, for less money, please speak up!
i just did this run through real fast, did it in maybe 15 mins
