HELP!! I cant get my computer back

Hi I recently tried to change the resolution on my computer monitor and it must have been too much for it to handle I now just get a message on my screen that say SIGNAL OUT OF RANGE NO SIGNAL what did I do wrong I cant get any thing back it wont respond to anything at all HELP PLEASE

Boot in Safe Mode and change the resolution back.

Did you try to change settings through the buttons on your monitor? Or did you change settings from Windows?
