ok my 9600GSO is shit end of story not what i thought i was buying im RMA'n it
im buying a GTS250 or a 4850

4850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150351&cm_re=4850-_-14-150-351-_-Product

GTS 250 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814143178&cm_re=GTS_250-_-14-143-178-_-Product

either are really good and yet again im on 1280x1024 17inch screen. thanks for the help. question isnt really whats better . but what would u choose

and for the GTS 250 maybe http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130514&cm_re=GTS_250-_-14-130-514-_-Product because i trust EVGA products

my psus is only 430Wats but its a rosewill so its good quality and i think 26 amps.

i heard that the 250 is a rename of the 9800

yes it is but its 55mm which = better OC / less power consumption and my PSUS is 430W 26amps so i wouldnt OC it anyways

i think imma go with GTS 250 EVGA cards just seem like very good products

As if this is a well-kept secret and not public knowledge.

As an ATI fanboy, I say go with the 4850.

As a self-proclaimed expert, I say go with the GTS 250.

You'll get better performance out of the GTS 250.
