My friends video card runs (as in the fan on it works) but the computer does not sense it is there. Hooked up to the PCI slot it does not show up on the hardware, and the computer is running the onboard VGA graphics, and the screen is hella choppy when moving windows around.
Once I plug the monitor into the video card the screen gets no signal. The only way to get video is to hook the monitor to the mobo and use the onboard.
