add an aftermarket heatsink
overclock that CPU
and switch the GPU

but it all depends on what game(s) you want to play

EDIT: there is one good thing, your GPU uses a PCIe x16 slot. so the newer cards would work with a bigger PSU
 
If it's a prebuilt brand name system as it seems to be, the BIOS is probably locked, so you can't OC the CPU...
 
I hope you got that for real cheap.

All you can really do is get a faster GPU and i believe there is software to overclock the AMD phenoms
