i wasn't sure on what type of heatsink is right cause i couldn't see if the mobo was a 3 pin or 4 pin. and what thermal compound is good to go with. i just finished up the artic silver i had.

The only suggestion I have don't get an MSI MOBO get P6T Deluxe v2 or get an EVGA. Both great boards!

Also get 5870 instead of the Nvidia card.

For Thermal compound go with Tunig TX-2 or TX-3

well thanx for the help... this is what i am looking at now after changing the mobo and the gpu

i was planning on doing the upgrade to windows 7 from vista. any suggestions on a heatsink? i would prefer a zalman cause my first computer had one and it's temps are low but i got away form it with my second comp and the temps aren't as low as they should be. reason i ask for help is i liely would overkill it and go with a fan too big just to play it safe which may or may not be needed.
