Can someone help me understand something about Chipsets??
I know that with Intel Chipsets the Northbrige and Southbrige are connected togather directly so they can talk to one onother.
And the Northbrige is just connected to the RAM and Video and PCI Express and AGP slots.
And everything els is connected to the Southbrige.
Now as for AMD Chipset I know the RAM has it's own BUS called Memory Buss.
But is this still connected to the Northbrige and everything els is on the Hypertransport BUS but is this connected to the Southbrige???
Or how does AMD work it and PS I allready looked on google and it just got me more mixed up??
