Needless to say, I'm pumped. I've been out of gaming for about 6 months now, sold my good gaming rig, sold the 360 and this might be my ticket back in and a damn good reason to spend another few hundred on a new rig

I guess with consoles you are pretty much guaranteed to have no lag when playing offline. That is a plus for consoles

My 8800GTS (G92) runs COD 2 perfectly. Then again, my 6600le was able to run it really well too. But that game is somewhat old.

My 8800GTS 320 G80 still runs COD4 with ease, though I am planning an upgrade back to a 1GB 4870 and AMD x4 to play COD6 with ease

It's true though - With a console, everyone get's the same experience.
