wth is wrong with my conmputer?

Ok so my computer won't boot it won't detect the hard drives I had 2 in their, the computer gives me an error message saying, disk boot failure please insert system disk and press enter, I've tried different sata wires in diff sata slots on my mobo nothing just won't detetct my drives and I flippin know they all work because b4 I went to work the damn computer was fine, no one is even home I've put my vista disk in but it won't detect my drives idk wtf to do I've tried a diff power supply to....

I know its a long shot, but try resetting the BIOS

I did that no effect I took the cmos battery out and reset the bios

well it cannot find a system drive, so did you recently remove your hard drives or install a new OS?
