Ok this is my first post and I have done enough GOOGLING to pull my hair out.

I am a fan of open source software like open office, songbird, ect.. and i have a ton of discs laying around my desk(as I'm sure just like most you) so here is what i want. One disk with all my installs on it and a way to make all them run with just one click in succession.

Doesn't seem like this would be a hard task but i cant find a program or a way to do it yet maybe you guys can help. Thanks

could use a batch file,
your batch file will run and call an installer, then wait for that to finish before it exists,

the only trouble with this approach is what do you do when a new version comes out? do you just throw the disk away?

if you can make the installers MSI files, you could also generate MST files to go with them to set any options, then have a truly unattended installation where you just run a batch file and i does all the work for you.

but unless you;re rebuilding your system once a week or once a month I doubt it's worth going to that much effort!
