Triple Channel RAM

I got a 6gb triple channel ram kit and my motherboard only supports dual channel (i'm an idiot). So should I only use two sticks or should i get another 2gb stick?

specs:
RAM- 6gb (3x2gb) DDR3 1600
Motherboard- M4A78T-E 790GX

then what should i do with the third? should i store it in an anti static bag?

there are boards (quite a few actually) that take DDR3 RAM, but don't run in triple channel, just dual channel (2 or 4 DDR3 slots instead of 3 or 6)...

long story short. im a dumbass and now have an extra 2gb RAM stick, or i need to buy another
