[HELP] Windows won't start [HELP]

Hello,

Ive recently had a problem with my laptop as when i turn the laptop on i get the loading bar to tell me its starting up and before it loads the screen where i select what user i am it goes blank however the mouse still works.

If anyone could give me any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.

Well it sounds like it could be a few different things. We are going to need a little more details though. Does it go 'blank' in that it only shows your mouse on a black background? Do you have to restart it to get it to start working again? What Operating System are you using?

If Windows try pressing F8 at startup and then choosing to boot into Safe Mode. See if that lets it finish it's boot process. Post back more details.
