Forum "Update"

A mass re-arange is looking completly out of the picture, based on logistics. However, Root did bring something up in staff that looks promising. We are talking about it now and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for it.

Yes I do actually. If I remember that someone had a similar question in the past I look it up to see what happened and what fixed it. Kind of the point of not deleting posts, no?

I meant: do you go looking for them page by page or do you use the search feature?

An archive isn't going to be any "messier" than the current General Hardware and Software forum.

As usual, there's 0 forward vision here anyway.

I know this idea is having trouble moving forward because of the issue of actually putting the threads in their proper places, but I'd like to offer a suggestion to the sub-forums that dude listed. I think that applications and programming should go together, since applications are programs, and I doubt that they will have a heavy enough load to justify the seperation. I also think that mods should be merged with overclocking/cooling, since the act of overclocking and the increase of cooling are both mods.

So the forum setup would look like this:

(borrowing your layout dude, :p)

Thoughts on those changes?

Ok, this is the layout root suggested in the staff lounge which I think looks quite good. When I get a free moment I'll have a look at setting it up.

I prefer the previously suggested format, but that's still (somewhat of) an improvement over what we currently have.
