GPU overclocking guide.

worshipme, do you adjust your bios at all...? do you keep your PCI-E frequency on auto or do you raise it manually...?
I keep it at 100MHz. Leaving it on auto means I have no control over it and it could be going up or down during overclocking.

I found that by raising it, the overclocking potential of the GPU decreases.
I didn't do any real tests to see if it raises the performance but I doubt it makes a substantial difference TBH.

so how would that work if you have 2 of the same cards (8800 GT) in a NON-SLI setup?
would you just OC either one at a time, that would make since
but
they are the same card and it would also make since that both of the would be OCd together
(yes i need them seperate, i need all 4 DVI ports for a 30 something" TV, i have a plan and im stickin to it :D )

Since they are not running in SLi, the faster clocked card would not be limited to the other's lower overclocking potential. I say just try to get the best out of each.
