Is it possible to transfer Windows like this?

So my cousin has a laptop with Windows Vista and I have a laptop with Ubuntu. I really want to install Windows on my computer but mine doesn't have a CD drive (I know!). Is it possible for me to use a USB cord to transfer the installment of Windows from my cousin's computer to mine?
And how would I do that?

(By the way: I have the disk for Windows Vista and my computer can't connect to the internet-so I can't download anything).
Thank you!:D

By transfer do you mean transfer the install from his computer to yours (so you'd only be running it on your PC) or transfer it in the sense that you want it running on both PCs? If it's the latter, I'm afraid that you'll need to purchase another copy (or license) of Vista for this to be legal - if it's the former and you have a retail copy of windows then I believe this is fine, but if you've got an OEM version then again I don't think that's legal.

Sorry if that means I'm the bearer of bad news! :(
