well i reinstalled window xp on my laptop. i have a dell inspiron 6400 media edition. so everything seems to work fine so far but when i go on the internet some sites won't load on both explorer and firefox so i have to press refresh a load of times for it to finally work. or other times the images for pictures or videos won't load properly.
why is this happening and how would i fix it?
